Shanghai CJ Magnet Industry Co.Ltd is a branch of Sheensen Group. Since its establishment in 2002, CJ Magnet has been dedicated to manufacturing and engineering of different types of manget. We specialized in Neodymium magnet, Ferriet magnet, SmCo magnet, Alnico magnet, magnetic components and magnetic solutions for customers all over the world. Our 498,000 sq. ft. facility in Anji and Ningbo Zhejiang Province can provide design, manufacturing and in-house tool production capabilities, that world-class clients can rely on to support their business . We have independently developed and mastered a number of core tech. of neodymium magnet’s formula, machining, surface treatment , recycling and etc. Based on clients’ requirement, our team will work with them through all phases of their projects, including project initialization, design and engineering, manufacturing, achieve precision, shipping and logistics.

Quality is built-in and assured through stringent Statistical Process Control (SPC) and VDA6.3.

MANUFACTURING

We are practitioners of Lean Manufacturing and 6S workplace organization methods, which allow us to meet and exceed projected yield and efficiency goals. All parts are manufactured under factory in-house control, even including tooling capabilities, machine maintenance and coatings. CJ Magnet can produce high-grade neodymium magnets such as N55, 54M, 52H, 54SH, 50UH, 50EH, 45AH, 38VH, etc. The flexible manufacturing well guarantees high comprehensive quality and cost-effectiveness, and is highly competitive.
